European Civil Aeronautics Summit

Brussels, 19 November 2024

The European Civil Aeronautics Summit, co-organised by ASD and European Business Summits, will bring together industry leaders, policymakers, and experts to explore the crucial role of civil aeronautics in advancing Europe's twin transition towards green growth.

Scheduled for 19 November 2024, at the Egmont Palace in Brussels, the conference aims to showcase the progress made in the European aeronautics sector towards these objectives, while also addressing the significant challenges posed by a changing geopolitical landscape.

A key focus will be on discussing the requirements to establish a business environment that enhances the competitiveness of the European industry, maximising its potential for the benefit of Europe - and beyond.
The event will feature keynote addresses, exclusive interviews, and dynamic panel discussions with EASA Executive Director Florian Guillermet, and Airbus CEO and ASD President Guillaume Faury, among other prominent speakers. It will conclude with a networking cocktail, allowing participants to connect and exchange ideas on the discussed topics.
The European Civil Aeronautics Summit is set to be a crucial platform for fostering collaboration, sharing insights, and discussing strategic directions to ensure the aeronautics sector remains at the forefront of Europe’s twin transition initiatives.  Summit registration opens on 30 September 2024.
